Job Description
- Engage with customers to understand their satisfaction and concerns about the service, propose Easy AI solutions.
- Support potential customers with software developed by customers and guide them in using Easy AI solutions.
- Handle contract reporting, drafting, monitoring, and create periodic reports from customer benefits.
- Provide after-sales support: Answer inquiries, coordinate with departments to ensure the best customer experience.
- Collaborate with team on business plans: Work with Marketing & Sales team to optimize reach and revenue growth.
Job Requirements
- Recent graduates from College/University in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
- Experience in customer service, Marketing, Customer Care is an advantage. Training will be provided for those without experience.
- Persuasive ability, long-term development orientation based on experience, especially with new technologies.
- Pleasant appearance, maturity, essential skills: Communication, Problem Solving, Teamwork.
- Eager to learn and improve.
- Good document drafting and building skills, proficient in tools like Microsoft Office.
- Desire for improvement.
