Job Description

Engage with customers to understand their satisfaction and concerns about the service, propose Easy AI solutions.
Support potential customers with software developed by customers and guide them in using Easy AI solutions.
Handle contract reporting, drafting, monitoring, and create periodic reports from customer benefits.
Provide after-sales support: Answer inquiries, coordinate with departments to ensure the best customer experience.
Collaborate with team on business plans: Work with Marketing & Sales team to optimize reach and revenue growth.

Recent graduates from College/University in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
Experience in customer service, Marketing, Customer Care is an advantage. Training will be provided for those without experience.
Persuasive ability, long-term development orientation based on experience, especially with new technologies.
Pleasant appearance, maturity, essential skills: Communication, Problem Solving, Teamwork.
Eager to learn and improve.
Good document drafting and building skills, proficient in tools like Microsoft Office.
Desire for improvement.

Basic Salary: 6,000,000 - 8,000,000 VND + Unlimited Commission & Bonuses.
Salary Review twice/year.
